Basic rules for members

All rules are framed strictly from a physiologic point of view to enhance well being

Strict adherence to circadian rhythm based life style is encouraged as it is the basis of a healthy life which is a necessity for higher spiritual pursuits. This will be facilitated by mandatory selective shift to low voltage for all lighting with in the Ufa Gram after 8.30 PM.

No audio pollution due to the use of speakers, only head phones allowed.

No pets allowed.
